First interview was over the phone. It was roughly a 1 hour interview going over my interest in the job, and questioning my coding capability. It was not a difficult interview at all, and felt more like a conversation than interrogation.
The second interview was at the Abingdon office, and started at 9AM and finished at 4PM. I was giving a programming task that I worked on throughout the day, with numerous interjections for other presentations or lunch. I was asked to deliver a short presentation on any topic, showing presentation skills. At lunchtime, I was taken to a pub and spoke 1:1 with the staff member. I was also shown a presentation of the work done by the company. At the end of the day, I presented the work I had done on the coding task. The coding task not very difficult, but I had no experience coding with internet so felt quite strange.
