Tesla Leadership Development Program interview questions

After an invite-only open house that you had to apply to, they sent a follow-up email asking for your interest. First round with recruiter, second round with associate (behavioral), third round with another associate (case presentation) - all over the phone, and the third round with a video component. Finally, it would have been a fourth, on-site interview. My interviewers were all late to the interviews, not 5 minutes, but 15-40 minutes.
