They have a redundant interrogation system where they will ask you basic technical questions along with a description of the main challenges you have face while explaining the problem resolution chain of though you used
It's all about knowing the principals of engineering. Make sure you study beams and know all the formulas. They really like to make sure you know all the fundamentals and can ask questions that test your understandings of physics and materials.

Initially there is a resume screening followed by several technical interviews. Opportunities to present prior work and learnings. Individual interviews by panellists. Finally HR screening rounds happen. Overall enjoyable and interesting process to go through for employment.
