All day long interview/tours with 5 engineers each 45-50 mins. Flew back home after the interview. The following week, I was contacted by the Recruiting Manager for the last step of the hiring process: Answering 2 questions in essay format to be read by the CEO:Elon Musk. A week after essay submission, was offered the position!
