Lengthy, multiple interviews with multiple people. I was there for four hours, talked to three different people - manager, assistant manager, shop foreman. They pick apart your resume, come back to questions asked hours ago, always taking notes.

Straightforward. Very common questions. Talked to the recruiter and then talked to the service manager. Discussed working background and history. Talked about past schooling and training from factory dealership. Talked about new facilities and training also.
