1. Resume screening
2. Questionnaire Filling (HR),
3. Interview with Hiring Manager,
4. Aptitude Test
5. Panel Interview (Lasts for 6-7 hours with each panelist interviewing for 1 hour)
6. If Panel agrees, then Evidence of Excellence needs to be submitted for Executive Approval.
7. If Executive Approval is received then, salary negotiations can take place.
8. Offer is signed. This is a conditional offer.
9. Background check is initiated. If everything is clear, offer stands.
