Tesla ADAS Test Operator interview questions

The interview process was well-organized and efficient, which I really appreciated. Most of the planning and communication—aside from the actual interviews—were handled via text, making coordination smooth and convenient. The recruiter I worked with, Ben, was exceptionally friendly and even recommended me for a more advanced position than the one I originally applied for, proactively setting up an interview with that team. However, despite the professionalism of the interview team, it was immediately clear that the work environment was toxic. During my first interview, in a casual conversation, the interviewer mentioned being in the same room as Elon Musk and remarked, "He gets angry really easily." In my second interview, while discussing pay and benefits, the interviewer, without being prompted, stated, "We keep wages low to attract only the people who really want to work here." While the people I met seemed great on a personal level, these comments raised serious concerns about the company's culture and values.
