Applied Online and got a call 2 days later for an interview the following week. After that the communication from HR was shambolic, I had to chase them for any feedback. I received an email from HR one morning asking if they could call me that afternoon for a second interview and didn't hear anything for over a fortnight. Then when they did call it was explained they wanted to email me an SHL Test. I said that was fine but had to chase again as I didn't receive that for a fortnight either. The whole process between applying and receiving the SHL Test took 6 weeks which is ridiculously long when you are not being kept in the loop by the HR team and you feel like you have to chase to get any feedback. This was a shame as the actual interview was really good and the position sounded great and if the process would have been quicker and less painful with regards to HR I would have completed the SHL buyt I accepted a different job offer that I had applied, interviewed and accepted all in a 2 week period
