Short online assessment then there was an in-person group interview. Very straightforward, he mainly asked me about my hobbies and team working skills. We then went downstairs to the shop floor and he explained what the typical day-day work life is.

Good interview they asked questions about the other guy who was in the sun and the other guy who was in the sun and the other guy who was in the sun and the differences between me too and the differences between me or whatever you do
Very easy extremely relaxing environment and great team of people to meet. Wouldn’t have thought I was in an interview. But great experience. Tesco should be proud of there interview process
