You go in and they ask you to sign in at the customer service desk and wait until someone comes to pick you up.Then they I am waiting for these to be delivered from Adidas (they will arrive by Thursday but most probably Wednesday 23/12/2015) as soon as they are they will be able to collect straight away or I can post them out straight away next day recorded delivery .
