After applying online I was invited to a group interview.
The lady just asked everyone questions and anyone can respond back. As long as you answer the questions you should be fine.

Describe a time where you've gone above and beyond for a customer
Pretty Chill. Competency based interview. The interviewer was pretty calm and made me feel comfortable. Talked mostly about my Cv the whole time. the interview lasted 20 minutes. Got an offer the next day.

lay back, enjoyable, very chill. The interviewer got a paper which have 3 questions and they write down your answers. So, the questions are very template, The questions that i got were: have u ever been a part of a winning team? Do you have any customer service experience? Have u ever go above and beyond for customer? They also ask about my availability (like which day every week I'm able to commit)

Interview wasn't that great: started off 10 minutes late with a room that wasn't even booked for an interview. It appeared like the interviewer had not even read my CV, as he didn't know I was a full-time university student.
