Interview
I applied online through Tesco's website and it took them few days to respond and arrange the interview. The interview itself isn't hard and is mostly focused on how you would generally act in certain situations.
Be prepared for behavioral questions as the job will mostly revolve around interaction with customers. The interviewers were friendly and the whole process was well organized. Would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Tell me about yourself.
Tell me about a conflict during your past work and how you resolved it.
Tell me about a time where you exceeded the expectations of your manager.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
