My interview was done in person on location. Was pretty straightforward asked to tell them about myself my strengths and asked about what days and hours I could work. Later they called to let me know I had the position

There waa an online questionnaire which then lead to an invite to an in person Interview.
The Initial process was formal but the Interview was also relaxed and engaging with plenty of room for two way questions

Previous work history and how those skills were transferable
The interview was a quick conversation with the manager. It was not very taxing. We just spoke about the requirements of the job and the schedules as well as holidays.
