Very easy interview process, just basically getting to know you with no questions that make you think too much. They are just seeing whether you can hold a conversation, so you can do it with customers aswell

Great process, staff friendly and made you feel at ease. Found it useful to be informed throughout process. Simple and straightforward - very clear around expectations within role. Progression routes clearly explained and tasks laid out.

Straightforward- asked competency questions and then did phone calls. There were 2 managers and the process took a couple of hours. There were group interviews being done all together. Thank interviewers we’re nice enough
