At first, a telephone call was made with someone from the HR department. Then, a video call with someone from the business unit. An offer was made without any technical interview. I declined because it was not in line with offers coming from other companies which I was in contact with

Interview
It was a smooth interview. It is like a casual, comfortable discussion between you and the interview where you tell each other about the experiences relevant towards the role. It was more like a detailed explanation for your resume. Its also a good place to mention relevant experiences that was not added to the resume.
