      Senior Software Engineer Interview

      17 Mar 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Cincinnati, OH
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tensure Consulting (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2020

      Interview

Weak by modern standards. From the perspective of a potential employee, the old "2 interviews and you're hired" approach was less stressful... but once inside the company it was clear this method left holes for less skilled individuals to slip through. If you're looking to "fake it until you make it" this might work for you. Was given a tentative offer after 2nd interview, but had to wait weeks for an official offer - which I found to be fairly inconsiderate.

      Question 1

All very high level, no algorithms or data structures.
