Competency based as why Tenon, What you would bring to the team, where you see your self in few years, how you would handle specific HR issues as sickness, absence. The fm industry is very prone to absence and sickness/ attendance issues as well TUPE and Redundancies so questions focused how you you can manage and support this area and processes that you would like to improve.
