Interview was very laid back. It was a panel interview conducted by three interviewers. They asked typical questions associated with working in a position as a probation officer. Questions such as, what makes you want to work for probation and parole. What background experience do you have i.e. military, law enforcement or corrections experience. They do offer veteran preference for any military personnel who apply, which was nice. All in all the process was very straight forward.
