Tennessee Home Buyers interview questions

The interview process is broken into 4 pieces- It can seem daunting but it's worth it because it really is a two way interview for both parties to confirm fit. 1- Personality Test- This help determine if there is a good fit for both parties. 2- Recruiter interview- This is to see if out are who you say you are and would be a good culture fit. 3- Leader interview- Would you like to work with the person who will be your Boss. 4- panel Interview- This is to make sure you have the best opportunity to ask the lingering questions or get answers based on an informal conversation.

The interview process was extremely and unnecessarily long. The first interview was about 30-45 min, the second interview was an hour long, and the third was also an hour long. There were personality and critical thinking tests I had to take in between each interview, which were more than an hour long. After telling me I was their top candidate and taking up way too much of my time, they told me they weren't moving forward with me. A few weeks later, they contacted me at my new workplace and told me they regretted not hiring me. By that time, I was happy with my new job and declined the offer with TNH.
