Interview
I was interviewed by more than one unit director and several employees from the unit. It took over an hour and was a positive process. The process is still ongoing and don't know the end result of my efforts.
Questions:
1. How do you know nursing is for you?
2. Why should we choose you over someone else?
3. How do you deal with conflict?
Very straight forward, clear and concise questions and expectations from managers, very comforting feel from staff, went in nervous came out feeling positive about the process and how it went.

Interview
Asked good questions and very easy going. Went over expectations, the mentor process as well. Nervous at first but everyone made me feel at ease and part of the team right away.
Very easy going and relaxed. Down to earth RN supervisor that was welcoming and kind. I was given tour of department and introduced to staff. The supervisor was very informative and honest about what to expect when working in department.
