Interview
I reached out to the recruiter via email to express my interest in working at Tend. The recruiter responded promptly and conducted a phone interview, providing more details about the position, available resources, and benefits. Following this, I participated in a two-day working interview at one of their local offices, where I had the opportunity to meet the office manager and staff. During this time, we discussed availability and potential opportunities within the role. I am happy to share that I have accepted the offer.

They asked about my educational background and professional experience as a dental hygienist. One interesting question they posed was: "What do you enjoy most about being a dental hygienist?"
There was a 2 step process. There was an initial call with a recruiter to go over the job description and reviewed my resume. After, there was a second Zoom call with clinical questions and scenarios presented.

How would you redirect a doctor to a possible needed treatment after an exam is complete and the issue was not addressed?
Overall good! Manager seems like nice person .. very friendly but a lengthy interview . She is fair cheerful and very organized too much paperwork involved and seems like a good place except when staff don’t show up or are very late
