I had to sign an NDA. Then I was able to meet with a very energetic recruiter who seemed to get me right away. Then I met with another staff engineer to do a systems design problem. I had to wait 3 and a half weeks for a rejection letter. They do not provide feedback as a matter of policy.

Please sync faster next time and don't say you're fast expanding and encounter a hiring freeze in the next month.
It was a phone call and they explained the position very well. The call took no more than 30 minutes. this description is now over because I have met the minimum requirements of words.
