I interviewed at Tempest Photography (Walsall, England)
Interview
The interview process was primarily focussed around the pay & the workload during peak months, it seems to be a company who doesnt quite care about quality of work and focus on cheap labour for the trade off of giving people "experience" within the photography sector. Arguably you could gain more experience from just working in a shop part time and freelance photographing events for free to gain clientele. There was not much interest in the photographers understanding or love for the skill and i can see how this company could kill someones enjoyment for photography

Interview
They don't care if you have experience. Just how bubbly you are and if you are willing to work on a very low base salary (Part time pay, full time hours.) They talk to you for about 30 minutes then ask if you think you would see yourself in this position.
