On top of that, the interviewers seemed unprepared to answer even basic questions about their technical environment, such as what frameworks, tools, or workflows they use. This gave the impression that the team lacked clarity or organization about their own processes, which was a red flag. The overall experience felt one-sided and unnecessarily adversarial, rather than a collaborative discussion about how my skills could contribute to their goals. The lack of professionalism and transparency during the process left me questioning the company's internal culture and how they approach team dynamics. I would recommend they revisit their interview process to make it more engaging and informative for candidates.
