Tempe Public Library interview questions

I submitted a resume in person and then received a call a few months later to interview for the page position. I interviewed with the Library Manager and the Page Manager. They were both friendly. It was more like a conversation than an interview. Afterwards, I got a call and was offered a customer service position with better pay instead.
