The hiring process was unfortunately very uncoordinated and unprofessional.
After HR had confirmed both the interviewer’s and my availability, the interviewers were still somehow unable to confirm the sessions, resulting in Teams invites not being sent out on three separate occasions. I had to repeatedly follow up with HR to obtain the interview links, including when the interview was scheduled for the following morning.
There were also instances where interviews were postponed or rescheduled at the very last minute, and communication only came after I initiated follow-up with HR when the interview was supposed to take place the next morning. It reflected either a lack of urgency for the role or a disregard for candidates’ time.
During one interview, the interviewer experienced technical difficulties with Teams and continued the session on mobile, which was understandable. However, the call abruptly ended midway because her phone had died, and she later apologised.
Overall, the process felt chaotic, disorganised, and disrespectful of candidates’ time.
