Applied on the company's website. Received an email with the instructions for the technical assignment, which consisted of opening a .pcap file and troubleshooting a call issue, then writing a hypothetical email to a customer with the fix. Had a call with the recruiter, then about a week later had a team interview and a brief interview with the team's manager.

Received an assessment, then proceeded to the interview with manager and team members on the same day. The question in the interview weren't super complex but I couldn't answer some of them and that is on me. After the interview communication halted and after more than a week received a generic email saying that I wasn't selected to proceed to the interviews, interviews that I had already done. This last part felt really disrespectful as my email asking about an update were ignored.
