Tellabs interview questions

it was multiple rounds of interview. There was a big gap between first round and second round of interviews. Later on it was clarified that it was caused by management change. Overall all the interviewers were very proactive, and engaged. Good experience.

There were two-stage process. On the first stage I got general discussion with two managers and basic check for programming. On the second stage I was sent to standard psychological test.
