Interview was like a conversation. They didn’t ask for many qualifications. They didn’t disclose how often travel would be. They downplayed that part of the job when it was the whole job. They said that they value work life balance which I have seen to be untrue.

It was good overall and very casual. The interviewer wanted a better fit for the team than a good CV. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and structured without too many hassles.
