First had a HR interview. It was a generic one asking about the past skills.
Second round, Technical: Asked about BSS, OSS, flows from CRM to provisioning, asked about eTOM, asked if worked on Netcracker.
Third Round: Asked about TmForum APIs and then decided that I was more OSS focused, though I mentioned to them that I spent my career on OSS and BSS. The problem with these hiring managers is they have been hired from a different background. Look at their Linkedin Profiles and you can clearly see their background. You would even wonder how they ended up there. They donot have much background on Telecoms.
