15 minute phone interview. I had to call in. Super quick and easy. The guy I spoke with was very nice and said he was going to recommend me for the position. I think the main thing he was looking for aside from customer service experience was a nice voice.

they just hire anyone they talk at you and what you are going to do , they sell newspapers and the customers act like you were the one who did not deliver their precious antiquated way of news

how would you handle an angry customer on the phone
Very easy and quick process after indeed application was submitted. Asked the normal "what would you do in this situation?" questions and explanation of the job , didnt hear back from them for about a week but then they sent the paperwork I needed to start.
