Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman interview questions

I received a call back after an initial rejection and set up an interview time. I received instructions about the three stages of interview the night before the interview. There was not a lot of time to prepare and I felt that the process could have been better structured instead of suddenly receiving emails and ensuring that I was checking my mailbox in case I missed important information. The emails that I did receive contained errors in the timing of the three stages of interview: panel interview, phone role-play and letter-writing exercise. The instructions in completing these exercises were very minimal and depended on your interpretation. A very long process with minimal communication.

Phone interview followed by an online skills based polymetric test. Then another phone interview involving role playing. Final interview is in front of a panel. Quite difficult and intimidating to be honest. Three people staring at you and throwing out questions at you, constantly looking at their watches as you answer them.
