I first had a phone interview with pretty standard interview questions (Tell me about yourself, and how you work with others) and then got an email a few days after to do a group interview with teamwork assignments. A few days later got an offer but declined due to personal conflicts.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you an a coworker had a disagreement and how did you navigate through it.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teknova (Hollister, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview began with a 20 minute quiz with questions ranging from random fact to how to make spaghetti to math problems. After that a group interview/activity was done. We worked with others to create something together that would hold a certain object they give you.
