As other reviews have stated they do not talk to you at all right away and make you do a case study "scenario" in the 2nd step. The Scenario does take at least 2 hours, and while they claim that they will NOT use the work that you provide in the slide deck...conceptually it would be very easy for them to take your work and apply it to current and future campaigns. they are asking for high level plans that could be hypothetically used to start a campaign. They ask for enough detail where they can still glean insights that they could 100% reuse in the future. Additionally the pay range is lower than other opportunities, I only applied here as a backup.
