First stage was an interview on Teams with 2 staff members. They both asked competency based questions. There was no questions such as 'describe yourself' or 'run through your CV'. Second stage would have been an interview in person in London.

Online application required you to answer questions about how you have stewarded a prospect, how you would approach creatively building a pipeline, and how you have worked in a team.
