I went into the restaurant and sat in a booth with one of the managers. The interaction was very causal and friendly. He asked me some questions and then told me they would reach out to determine a schedule for my training.

Super easy interview process. Basically hired on the spot and it didn't feel like an interview. I was super prepared but it wasn't like the typical interview. The biggest question was about my availability.
