A phone screen, a panel interview, and a one-on-one with someone in a similar role. Took about 6 weeks from initial call to offer. Everyone was friendly and inviting. But once it got to the offer, all the red flags appeared. Double check the fair market value for base salary. Company offer is incredibly low and does not match online sources. Do not confuse base salary for total compensation package.
