I applied through university. I interviewed at Techport Thirteen in May 2025
Interview
The interview process is a combination of a vibe check and a technical interview. I had a Teams call with a guy there for like an hour and he asked me weird hypotheticals before going into the technical part. The technical part of the interview included logic puzzles and reading, explaining, and fixing code. During the follow-up in-person interview, there was a revolving door of people coming in and out of a conference room asking me questions or just saying "Hey". I had to write out some code with pen and paper. There was this one guy named Michael who was a very interesting guy and another guy named Michael who was super chill.

Interview
The interviewer was very dry, and it was hard to connect with him. After each response, he would just say ok and move on to the next question, so it felt like I was interviewing with a robot, almost. Mind you, this was my first interview with the company so it was not a technical interview.

Interview
The person interviewing me arrived over 5 minutes late, didn't apologize, and never even turned on his webcam. It's an entry level position and the questions were outside the realm of what I've been exposed to and able to experience. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I was also ghosted.
