They have resume selection and technical round and general round with managing director and I recently applied for a position at Technovalley Software India Pvt.Ltd and unfortunately had a disappointing experience during the hiring process. While I understand that not every candidate is the right fit for a role, the manner in which my application was handled was unprofessional and disheartening.
Throughout the process, I encountered instances of bullying behavior from members of the hiring team. Comments were made about my appearance in a derogatory manner, which made me feel undervalued and disrespected as a candidate. This type of conduct is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the company's culture and values.
