I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Technomics (Arlington, VA)
Interview
Went through 2 full rounds of on-site interviews, including meeting the CEO. The staff were overall friendly and engaging, but everyone seemed to emphasize that the expectation was a minimum of 50 hours per week. The CEO was a bit of an egomaniac asking how I liked his message on their website and claimed I could make "generational wealth" working there (ironic considering they didn't ever say what the salary range was for the position). The final thing I was asked by the recruiter was what my pay expectations were and then I found out a few days later I didn't get an offer. A month later another recruiter reached out again. The whole place felt like amateur hour. They're looking for people to overwork and underpay.

Question 1
What makes you a good fit for this position? What is your work ethic like?
HR screen phone call, phone call with cost analyst, and then 2 in-person panel interviews. Everyone I interviewed with was nice, and I thought it went well, except for the CEO, who ranted about working hard and how if I didn't know how to work hard, it wouldn't be a good fit.
A recruiter reached out to me asking if they could tell me more about the company but the call ended up being a full first round interview. They cut the call short because I didn’t seem passionate about this position and company that I knew nothing about. I was never told what position they were reaching out to fill. It was actually funny.
