The interview didn't happen. All the credit for the recruitment agency, for the initial talks and all information, however for all scheduled calls, hiring guy from the TII has declined a call - first time on a day of the call, then we have rescheduled, and for the second time guy has not showed up on a call, and for the third time he has declined a call ~ 30 minutes before the start of the call.
Just to say, between the calls, I felt that I am leading the communication to find another slot for the call, and not TII (I was the one pinging them more, and should be different).
Conclusion - I have felt a lot of unprofessionalism, which is not what people say online about TII, and I was really preparing for the interview and (re)scheduled some private and professional arrangments.
Conclusion - I am very dissapointed with the way how process went, because except the talk with the recruitment agency, there was a lack of respect for me as a candidate (declinig a call few hours before the interview, then not showing up second time and then declining 30 minutes before the call. All 3 times without proposing a new timeframe for the call).
What to expect when we work together when you act like this during the interview process?
Once again, all kudos to rectuitment agency, but not to TII
