Then, they apply some psychological tests (Wartegg, Machover, Rotter/Sacks, and Bender). Second interview with HR Director, very similar to the first one but applying two additional tests: from 5 different HR topics choose one to write and comment. Second test: from 5 different topics regarding politics, ecology, economy and others, choose one to talk about and comment.
