The interview process was great. It started with my cv submission, I heard back from the team within a few days and progressed to an interview with TTA CEO, Janice. We had a great chat about my previous experience, former job roles and what I could bring to the business. The interview questions were in-depth and pushed me to think about how my past experience could be applied in a growing start-up tech environment. I felt extremely relaxed throughout the interview process, which is a testament to Janice's style. After the initial interview, I heard back within 2 days, we then scheduled another call to discuss the business direction over the coming months and years. After finding out more I was offered the position. and started within a month (due to current commitments).
