I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Teavana (Salt Lake City, UT) in Oct 2014
Interview
Initial interview was with a group of other contenders (holiday season). This interview was done with the district manager, regional manager and Olga Berezdetskaja Teavana's main controller. It was quite intimidating at first since I did not realize I would be meeting with 'high ups'
They asked the same questions to everyone so be sure to show confidence and really stand out.
Second interview was with the assistant manager and was much more easy going.
