Interview
Started with a team building exercise in teams of around 4-5 to build a theme park and then present it. Then we individual interviews with the hiring or site manager before getting sent home and getting sent the results by email.
Group interview, asked to solve some problems after being given scenarios.
Given a video to watch were you have to point out things that change ( attention to detail task )
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TeamSport Indoor Go Karting (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in May 2023

Began with a video call with higher management.
In person interview too place a few days later.
The job was advertised as 4-16 hours a week, yet while in the interview I was informed that 4 hour shifts were not possible. So this all was a waste of time.
