Be yourself, comfortable and have good banter. They’re looking for people who can easily interact with customers so being easy to talk too is a big win. Good availability is also important when being considered.

The interview process was fairly simple, consisting of two group tasks with new people for each task, In which you were tested for creativity problem solving and confidence when presenting.

There was a group activity to pitch a new karting site with an additional activity. Following this they decide which candidates move onto the solo interviews and that is the final part of the interview process.
