Explain about you TAT' in the previous organisation.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Team HR (Bangalore Rural) in Sept 2019
Interview
They asked me to be for the interview by 10 am, but they conducted first round at 12:30.( 2 hour 30 min i have waited, no one cared)
First round- HR round went well
Second - typing also went well
3rd- aptitude also went well
3 rounds was done by 2:30 and they asked me to take a break and asked me to be back by 4:30.(two hours? What am i supposed to do? Have you guys ever tot of it? ) well, i came back by 4:30, and they conducted 4th round at 5:45 and i had already lost my patience and top of it the interviewer was so rude, trust me i never came across such a person in my entire life, matured managers don't interview that way, I'm sorry to say but that's the fact. Well, i can write a book about my experience on this company. I request not to do this with others. Respect their time, be polite, be interactive, make them feel comfortable that's how matured companies does! Please please, i repeat please try to manage time , be on time conduct interview on time.
