Teak Isle Manufacturing interview questions

Pretty straight forward. Great interview process. People very respectful. Welcoming environment and got the check out the entire space. Really cool operations. They seem like they really care about their people.

I applied to the position via a staffing company. I got a call from the engineering manager with more information on the position and set up an interview. I went to the manufacturing plant for the interview. I got a quick tour of the plant and a background of the company. I was then sat down for the interview with the manager and his number 2. I set up a follow up interview to show case my CADing skills. I must have passed because I was asked back for an interview with the two company owners. Ideally, you would get an offer after this stage.
