I received the call from the HR team only after one day of application. Speedy set up of the interview. I came to the office for the interview, Remember not to dress up too formal, its part of the company culture.

3+ rounds of online interviews. Takes about a month. One assignment with about 2 hrs time needed. Hard and soft skills evaluation, as well as general fit assessment. Nice and relaxed conversations with employees.

Interview
Applied online and got a phone interview with HR a few days afterwards. Phone interview went well and I was asked to schedule an onsite interview, where I spoke with two different interviewers separately. Onsite interview lasted for about an hour. I was emailed a simple project to work on shortly afterwards that took around an hour.
