Interview
They ask a lot of personal questions and it helps to have leadership roles so you can discuss how you have dealt with challenges, things you have accomplished, how you work with others, etc. My interviewer was very kind and make sure to engage with your interviewer at the end because I think opening up the conversation can make a world of difference.
